This workshop seeks to highlight the connection between our bodies, hormones, and the food we eat. It may not be a surprise to learn that food


impacts our health in terms of things like inflammation, energy, or weight, but it may surprise you to learn that these things are also highly affected by our hormones. Through a trauma- informed-cultural-humility lens we will discover how to eat better, and therefore feel & live better. Attendees will learn how different ethnic and cultural backgrounds can

be supported, while developing a culturally appropriate plan for rebalancing hormones for sexual health. Through the science of sexual health, you will be better equipped to reimagine nutrition, not just for clients/learners, but for yourself too.
