The program is designed so that each workshop invites learning from me, & one anothers experiences before applying it to the work. This is not a space that will pretend that all the work you have been doing is perfect (perfection doesn't exist). You will be challenged and invited to grow through that. This program is designed to get YOU to think of how to do the WORK better in real time.
Agencies have the option to request some combinations of sessions, but final decision is dependent upon on collaboration with Steph.
For example, an agency may say “We want ‘White Supremacy and The Entire Reproductive Health Profession’ but not ‘White Supremacy and The History of Non-Profits (+ Sex Ed*).’ If the agency’s staff haven’t been given the tools to connect white supremacy to non-profits, I will be super transparent and tell you that you can’t have one without the other, & instead offering a possible combination of the two.
