About the event

What if Sex Ed really does have the power to save lives by increasing awareness and autonomy?

In this session Steph will review common occurances of dating violence through true crime documentaries/podcasts/stories, and highlight how sexuality education can empower people to pick-up signs of violence, control, manipulation, narcissism, and their inevitable escalation. Countless survivors have uttered, "I didn't know _ was a red flag, I didn't know I could advocate for different/better," "I thought this was normal."

Sexuality Education must do more to increase learners ability to assess safety for themselves, and in many cases, for their loved ones. WE, my loves, have the incredible power to help people recognize the wolf in sheeps clothing, if only just a little sooner.
